Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
• Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
