Lumel is hiring for the role of Customer Success Trainee/Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• On-boarding and train new customers
• Build & strengthen customer relationships
• Handling customer requests and complaints through email and calls (if required)
• Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth and general account      satisfaction
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of the product to answer all customer related inquires
• Demonstrate the value of product to our customers by providing amazing customer support
• Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content
• Provide insights to the product team to improve our developing platform
• Effectively communicate with internal and external teams for better understanding of customer requirements

Requirements:

• BE IT/CSE
• 0-2 years of experience
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Database knowledge and Handsons would be added advantage
