Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement client success strategies focused on retention and growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Lead onboarding and training processes to drive SaaS adoption
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding updates and best practices
• Identify client challenges and align solutions to deliver maximum value
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Manage contract renewals and client satisfaction metrics
• Gather feedback to inform product development

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in client servicing, account management, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong track record in SaaS customer retention and revenue growth
• Solid understanding of the fashion industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, or a related field is mandatory.
