Cleartax is hiring for the role of Customer Success Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Understand customers’ business objectives and align program outcomes accordingly.
  • Demonstrate and communicate the value of the product to customers.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure a smooth, exceptional user experience.
  • Identify and solve both stated and unstated customer problems.
  • Foster loyalty by building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, deployment, and ongoing usage.
  • Monitor customer engagement to detect at-risk accounts and apply strategies to reduce churn.
  • Maintain account health and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Act as the customer’s voice, providing feedback to Product, Content, and other teams.
  • Educate customers about relevant features and ensure they understand the product’s value.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues and build trust.
  • Communicate the product philosophy and roadmap to customers effectively.
  • Use analytics to track usage patterns and define relevant metrics.
  • Develop expertise in the ClearTax product and deliver customized solutions.
  • Train customers in Cleartax best practices and guide them toward self-service options.
  • Ensure proper documentation and closure of all customer-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with customer success tools, CRM software, and Google applications.
  • Preferable experience working with technology or SaaS clients.
  • Passionate about driving long-term customer success and value.
  • Adaptable to meet business demands.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of improving customer success outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing stressful situations and meeting deadlines effectively
