Zscaler is hiring for the role of Customer Success Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and nurturing customers to become Brand Ambassadors on behalf of Zscaler.
• Interacting with CISOs/Director/Manager Level stakeholders to drive VALUE realization from the Zscaler platform.
• Delivering Service Review presentations Onsite to align Zscaler services with customer business initiatives and priorities.
• Demonstrating a fundamental understanding of Zscaler’s technology and articulating the advantages of our solution against competitors.
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly call goals for providing touchpoints for existing customers.
• Working closely with Account Sales teams to help with Upsell/Cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
• Understanding customer pain points and helping drive escalations by coordinating between Product Management and Support groups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
• 3-10 years as Systems Engineer or Post Sales Support
• Preferred past experience hiring/building and defining roles for a world-class Customer Success Management team of up to 10-12 members
• Our strong preference is a proven consultancy background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, FireWall, DLP, VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization
• Good understanding of Security fundamentals such as Firewalls, Proxies, and Web Security Gateways
• Familiarity with Network Architecture and network routing concepts
• Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
• Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
