DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for dynamic Customer Success Managers to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with clients and drive success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Analyze customer data to improve service quality
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
