Customer Success Manager Job in Mumbai at Forbes Advisor

Forbes Advisor is hiring for the role of Customer Success Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve the revenue and growth targets for India.
• Partner with SEO to optimize monetization opportunities across Forbes Advisor India
• Business development/networking with affiliates and financial service providers in India,
• Work with marketing, pricing, and sales to create thoughtful media plans and proposals 
• Manage a collection of creative assets, tracking, and ad varication from clients/agency contacts and coordinate with SEO and compliance.
• Responsible for order creation and management
• Process Insertion Orders and ensure they are compliant
• Project Manage and coordinate with internal teams all necessary elements for campaign execution
• Work with internal teams on billing reconciliation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services in India
• Experience building and booking media plans
• Strong desire to win and grow as a digital ad sales professional
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Location - Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai
• Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent
