About this Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Work on the onboarding of customer
  • Work on constant monitoring of usage and other usage issues to prevent problems
  • Work on outstanding payment follow-up
  • Work on formal reporting to the regional manager about the customer performance
  • Work on coordination with the sales and service teams
  • Work on close interaction with the sales team and service teams, which will be crucial to providing a good experience to the customer
  • Update management about customer performance on a regular basis
