Healthi is hiring for the role of Customer Success Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Answer calls/Emails/Chat professionally to provide information about products, processes and services
• Ensure the best standards in delighting the customer – understand the customer's needs and details, identify potential solutions and take ownership of delighting the customer
• Achieve best-in-class First-Time-Resolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs
• Walk the extra mile to deliver customer delight and best-in-world customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant frontline customer care or customer success executive.Prior experience in healthcare would be a big plus strong empathy for customers
• Solution seeker to find ways to address customer needs
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada
• Comfortable using technology like browsers, MS Office, email etc
