Customer Success Executive Job in Gurgaon at Zenatix – Digitizing Infrastructures with IoT

Zenatix is hiring for the role of Customer Success Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze client’s data across multiple sites to draw insights.
  
• Check the anomalies identified by Zenatix’s IoT platform and work with the customer to address those anomalies/tickets. Also, coordinate with all chief engineers to understand operations and drive actions based on your recommendations and KPIs.
  
• Identify important tickets and additional tickets if required.
• Track Timely ticket closure and SLA.
  
• Review and edit the alerts/tickets configured in the system based on customer requirements to avoid any unnecessary open issues.
  
• Capable of handling and working on large datasets to solve unstructured problems.
  
• Our recommendation for an improvement plan for overall system utilization.
  
• Any other action plan which customer wants to drive.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master’s engineering degree – Preferably Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical
  
• Understanding of HVAC and other electro-mechanical systems is preferred
  
• Capability and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
• Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques.Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
