Groww is hiring for the role of Customer Success Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers utilizing the company's product, responding to inbound queries promptly.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by educating users about the functional capabilities of the product and informing them about possible upgrades.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the product by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and collaborating with the product manager to address these concerns.
- Uphold excellent service standards, surpassing expectations to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Eligibility criteria include completion of undergraduate courses such as BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM.
- A minimum of 50% cutoff is required in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Applicants should not have any backlogs or gap years during their education.
