Customer Success Engineer Job in Bangalore at RippleHire

RippleHire is hiring for the role of Customer Success Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a “Trusted advisor” relationship with customers, business, and technical leaders
• Take complete ownership of cases and issue resolution from the initial customer report, analysis of root cause, through to solution implementation
• Respond to questions with empathy, urgency, and accuracy
• Respond to, record, and document customer defect reports
• Quickly identify high-severity or blocking issues and escalate them to the appropriate staff
• Drive and represent RippleHire in any and all technical field escalation calls with the client before routing the queries to L2 Support/SME/Engg
• Be creative, resourceful, and innovative to provide workarounds and resolutions
• Analyze trends to find system functional deficiencies, bugs, and performance issues
• Liaise with internal teams – Engg., Product, QA, Customer Success for UAT environment setup & testing, process improvement and drive SLA-based resolution of queries

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Graduate 
• Must-Have Tools: SQL 
• Ability to Identify integration issues and present first-level analysis
• The ability to debug or test APIs using Postman is desirable
• Hands-on experience in executing basic to moderately complex SQL queries is a must
• Sound verbal and written communication
