TripGain is hiring for the role of Customer Success Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Handle international customer interactions via voice calls to assist with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in managing end-to-end travel services including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service requests or booking.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in customer service, Mandatory in a voice-based process.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English for international support.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools preferred.
