ZenTrades is hiring for the role of Customer Success Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Resolve Customer issues by engaging closely with internal teams to help determine the best technical implementation plan during the sales process.
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to Quickbooks customers.
• Work with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
• Work with customers to understand how they use Quickbooks services and provide valuable feedback to business and development teams.
• Identify current business challenges being faced by the customer.
• Act as an advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.
• Seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
• Assume responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.
• Make sure internal knowledge reference pages are updated.
• Gain customer confidence by responding promptly to incoming support requests whether via telephone or email.
• Understand and document customer’s business flow (for large customers) and deep insights of use cases.

• Prior experience working for a technology startup is a plus.
• Good understanding of the technology space along with the ability and interest to keep building on that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to be able to clearly articulate and present ideas/concepts and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Presentation, and other necessary skills to create and deliver impactful client presentations is necessary.
• Driven towards growth through learnings from failures, success of people - willing to re-learn
• Driven to set self-example standards - get hands dirty.
