Customer Success Associate Job in Mumbai at Dozee

Dozee is hiring for the role of Customer Success Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Visit hospitals and patient's homes to set up devices.
• Conduct site recce and inform them about device requirements to a remote team.
• Train nurses, doctors, and patients on Dozee and the patient monitoring dashboard.
• Coordinate with the remote team and inform them about activities conducted during the visit.
• Build and manage relationships with nurses, doctors etc.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of healthcare/hospital operations experience
• Open to travel within the city and owns a 2-wheeler
• Open to working inside hospital wards and working night shifts
• Good communication skills and fluency in local languages
• Prior field experience is a plus
• Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred
• Candidate should have a basic understanding of operating a computer
• Qualifications: Any qualification other than B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc
