Omnify is hiring for the role of Customer Success- Account Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention for a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Omnify platform to advise Business Users on best practices and optimize product usage.
  • Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with current and potential stakeholders within your accounts.
  • Retain businesses and successfully close renewals to ensure continued client engagement.
  • Seek out and capitalize on additional expansion opportunities within your accounts.
  • Ensure swift resolution of account issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to identify and convert successful customers into advocates for Omnify.
  • Embody Omnify values and serve as a role model for other team members.
  • Develop and present collateral during periodic business reviews with client executive teams.
  • Act as the face of Omnify for the businesses you manage, helping them exceed their performance goals.
  • Generate Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) that contribute to revenue through new sales, renewals, upsells, and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management and/or Account Management, preferably with a technology background.
  • Experience working in a SaaS startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing large and complex customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An analytical and metrics-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop actionable plans, and lead teams to achieve key objectives.
  • Extensive experience in generating and manipulating data for internal and external presentations (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Looker).
  • Driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and can handle ambiguity.
  • Passionate about talking to customers and helping them succeed, with a strong focus on generating CSQLs, new closures, and driving revenue through sales, renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
