About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Interact with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to assist with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Display empathy and patience while addressing customer concerns.

Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, and usage. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, educating them on product features and guiding them through problem-solving processes.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints, following established procedures and guidelines. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or supervisor while ensuring prompt communication and updates to customers.

Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, verifying order details, and tracking shipments. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and inventory, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, striving to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. Proactively identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations and enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and effective solutions.

Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
