Axis Bank is hiring for the role of Customer Service Specialist (Non-Voice)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Resolve customer queries or complaints effectively at the first instance, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction scores and minimum handling time.
- Deliver service with courtesy and accuracy, taking complete responsibility for customers' queries and problems.
- Adhere to product and process requirements with zero errors.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness, complying with service and sales guidelines.
- Achieve quality targets and other key performance indicators.
- Cross-sell/upsell products like loans, mortgages, priority/elite accounts, etc.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution
- 2- 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Service mindset and enthusiasm
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good comprehension skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge about the Banking industry is an added advantage
