Customer Service - Senior Associate Job in Noida at Paytm

Paytm is hiring for the role of Customer Service - Senior Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
• Providing end-to-end resolution related to claims/Endorsements/Services while coordinating with cross-departments or insurers.
• Solving all product or service-related issues of the customers via calls & emails.
• Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
• Meeting and exceeding SLA targets as assigned periodically.
• Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

Requirements:

• Min 6 months experience in Customer Service Operations/Claims (Insurance Experience Preferred).
• Should have worked on Ticketing tools like Freshdesk/Zendesk.
• Should be Confident and dynamic.
• Should have a bent towards Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Team Player, Quick learner, creative, and achiever.
• Passionate about work output
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
