Customer Service Representative - Contingent Worker Job in Gurgaon at Hilti

Hilti is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative - Contingent Worker!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support sales team in creating quotations, and order entries and support general inquiry
• Understand the basic customer service deliverables like Service Level, ASA, AHT, schedule adherence
• Understand appropriate situation handling of specialized customer needs based on geography & requirement
• Responsible for sustaining and continuing knowledge of existing and new products and applications
• Handle transactions involving customers' terms and conditions in accordance with Hilti's legal guidelines and any applicable regulatory standards
• Utilize situation selling skills to convert prospects into buying customers to support Hilti's growth strategy
• Responsible for receiving and processing inbound calls, faxes, emails, chat function, repair and technical inquiries from both customers and field sales personnel
• Provide quality service with 70-80 customer contacts/day

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 0-3 years of experience in Backend Operations profile in Customer Service
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and active listening
• A native resident of Gurgaon/Delhi
• Familiarity with SAP systems would be an added advantage
