Skyvera is hiring for the role of Customer Support Representative!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Implement and configuring products for a major telecommunications client
- Conduct software performance measurement and analysis
- Ensure consistent system operations and software applications running at peak performance
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai or Pune
- At least 1 year of experience supporting large scale IT environments
- Excellent Linux skills
