Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify leads
• Contact prospects via phone/email/text and qualify with pertinent questions
• Provide accurate product information based upon prospect use cases
• Schedule meetings with the Sales Representatives
• Update SalesForce to ensure the team is working with consistent and accurate information
• Provide general administrative support to customers

Skills/Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• SalesForce CRM knowledge preferred but not mandatory (will train)
• Sales background preferred
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in handling US customers will be preferred only.
