Kyndryl is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative !

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers resolve technical and service-related issues
• Communicate through chat, email, and MS Teams, offering a high-touch, concierge-level customer experience
• Learn how to troubleshoot and support a variety of technical platforms
• Work closely with back-office teams to help resolve escalations
• Start with one client and grow into managing multiple tasks and systems
• Get real exposure to different career paths across IT, support, and more

Requirements :

• 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support role.
• Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process.
• Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
• Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model.
• Windows 10 troubleshooting, excellent communication skills and also customer service skills.
• Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise
• Support help desk experience
• Customer support experience
• Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs
