Taleo is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Assist in the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in some roles).
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult situations.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., typing, navigating systems).
