Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Connect and resolve issues with customers using via verbal & written communication

Requirements:

• High School Degree·Ability to meet expectations and follow through on promises; holds self-accountable for results.
• Having a customer-obsessed attitude. Showing a genuine interest in what customers and consumers communicate and responding appropriately.
• Able to handle demanding customers tactfully and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides quality service to customers; effectively and accurately satisfies customer needs for information and services demonstrates a high level of stress tolerance; copes well with ambiguity or setbacks; receptive and adaptive to work-related changes; willing to render overtime when required.
• Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follows through with job commitments and learns quickly.
• Able to adapt to customer inquiries over the phone. Courteous and respectful when dealing with customers; cooperative and responsive to their needs.
• Willingness to take instruction and direction from superiors and others.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (English B2 or higher).
