Tata Communications is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Participate in important projects or activities as a fully contributing team member
- Assist the team in conducting site visits with the team
- Coordinate site preparation for readiness related to ramp-up of resources and infrastructure
- Ensure all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLAs/KPIs
- Perform escalation management, wherever necessary and in case the project is in jeopardy
