TTEC International is hiring for the role of German Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Answering Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns through various channels such as phone calls, emails, chat, or in-person.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for customer satisfaction.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Demonstrate a good understanding of the company's products or services to assist customers effectively.
• Clear Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the organization.
• Active Listening: Pay close attention to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.

Requirements:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge 
• Great written and verbal communication skills (in German-English)  
• Computer experience
• Internet speed of more than 15 Mbps
