Siemens is hiring for the role of Customer Service Professional!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- This position supports factory & Process automation after sales activities like field service, Retrofit of old systems, maintenance contracts, Digital service support & execution.
- Working on retrofit and digitalization inquiries related to automation products.
- Responsible for Service business development activity in the area of Factory and Process automation.
- Need to travel on short notice on escalation cases to customers. Candidate needs to have good communication and presentation skills
- Need to know about automation products like PLC, SCADA, DCS & network products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in electronics or Instrumentation with 3-5 years of experience in DCS, SCADA, PLC, HMI, and Automation Products.
