Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as a Single point of Contact for the customers account to handle all the post-booking communications
• Ensuring fulfilment of all the bookings for the customer accounts assigned
• Generating repeat business from the Assigned set of accounts
• Handling all the Post-Sales Customer Escalations
• Coordinate with Internal stakeholders for smooth shipment execution wherever needed and ensure execution as per Customer's SOP
• Follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with all the maritime regulations
• Review Work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliances
• Ensure data accuracy for uploaded rates, ensuring zero loss due to entry of incorrect rates.
• Follow SOPs for each service and maintain desks TAT for each allocated task.
