Natwest Group is hiring for the role of Customer Service & Operations Associate Reconciliation & Investigations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Serve as the first point of contact to provide outstanding service to customers.
  • Address customer queries through to completion, ensuring their financial arrangements are met.
  • Educate customers on various banking options, helping them choose services tailored to their needs.
  • Support the financial planning business by producing accurate management information and accounts.
  • Handle the administration and reconciliation of sales figures for all deposit trackers and manage their maturity process, including reporting and communication with relevant departments.
  • Process early encashment and deceased cases accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure all client letters align with the terms and conditions of tracker bonds and relevant guidelines.
  • Address tracker bond-related requests within internal and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience providing dedicated support to a regulated sales team.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and relevant financial products.
  • Knowledge of key regulations such as data protection, money laundering, and financial services authority guidelines.
  • In-depth understanding of the financial services product range.
