Customer Service & Operations Analyst (Gurugram) Job in Gurgaon at Natwest Group

NatWest Group is hiring for the role of Customer Service & Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify barriers to performance and coordinate improvements to enhance our efficiency
• Work closely with operational centers, providing coaching and support to increase efficiency and knowledge
• Keep accurate records of day-to-day operations, logging incidents, and identifying trends
• Review manual or ineffective processes that could be automated or enhanced
• Maintain a focus on improving our customer service and experiences

Requirements:

• Graduate (in the fields of B.Com, B.A., BBA or B.Sc) who're comfortable working in round-the-clock rotational shifts
• Preferably 2022 and 2023 passed-out graduates
• Excellent written communication skills
• The ability to convey information in a simple and understandable way
• An understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics
• Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
