Customer Service Manager Job in Indore at Truhome Finance Ltd.

Job Overview:

• Interaction with customers through different modes of communication (Including - Walk-in Customers, Emails, and calls) to provide and process information in response to inquiries, complaints, and requests about products and services of Shriram housing Finance.
• Ensuring that the team is adhering to Customer service delivery standards which have been maintained in the region, by following defined metrics for ensuring consistent client experience.

Experience:

• Min 2 to 6 years of experience in Service industry (Banking/ NBFC sector). 
• Candidate should be well versed in Complaints Management and Regulatory complaints. 
• Work Experience of handling customers complaints/requests through - Walking Customers, Emails and phone calls. Should have product knowledge of HL / LAP.
