About this Job
Profile & Responsibilities::
- Handle live chat support for eCommerce retail customers for international market.
- Resolve queries related to orders, tracking, cancellations, and refunds via chat.
- 9.5 working hours per day (including 1-hour break).
- 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Undergo up to 3 months of training (possible day shifts during training).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Undergraduates/Graduates with good written English.
- Age: 18-35 years.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills.
