Job Responsibility:

Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel / product for Customers worldwide

Closure of customer queries/concerns via calls and chat process

Direct interaction with customers (domestic & international) with backend call monitoring.

Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:

  • Communication: Good written and oral communication skills
  • Education Qualification: Graduate /Travel Diploma/Post Graduate.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Any graduates can apply
  • Should be open to work from office location

Educational & Essential Experience:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate -In any Discipline
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and concerns for customers on calls & chats
  • Quick decision making and proactive skills would be an edge
  • Flexible to handle calls for domestic and international clients both

  • Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Open to work in a rotational shift schedule
