Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle queries for both domestic and international processes.
• Deliver accurate and satisfactory solutions to customer problems.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Work in rotational shifts (please note: cab facility is not provided).

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work from the office in Sector 60, Noida.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
