Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain daily activities and routines.
- Ensure SLAs are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
Requirements:
- Desktop Support: Ability to provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues.
- Remote Support: Experience in assisting users remotely to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- IT Support: General knowledge of IT systems and the ability to resolve technical challenges for users.
- IT Asset Management: Skill in tracking and managing IT hardware and software assets.
- Network Operations: Understanding of network-related tasks, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Incident Management: Experience in identifying, logging, and resolving incidents effectively.
- Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently.
