DBS is hiring for the job role of Customer Service Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure activities supported for Client Request in workflows are adhered to with respect to process guidelines and is completed within the agreed SLA/ TAT.
• Support multiple product types viz. Address change, Dormancy activation, Re-KYC, Deceased.
• Claims, Nominee Addition/ Deletion, PAN Update, Account Closure, etc.
• Ensure post facto data quality checks and data update is done as per the defined process.
• Obtain minimum satisfactory audit rating for each Group / Regulatory audit for CBG OPS.
• Alignment to standard operating procedure and operations handbook.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in similar role
• Basic Knowledge of Banking Regulation (KYC) & Internal Control Guidelines
• Processing with eye for detail, data accuracy and good typing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Effective control measures and governance standards
