Tata Communications is hiring for the role of Customer Service Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

  • Acting as the shift lead for FNOC MAN/MPLS TP desks divided to monitor Metro India Network
  • Monitoring of Tx alarms of the entire Metro India Network 24x7
  • Informing the alarms to IFF teams, ticketing them, and getting them resolved following the set escalation matrix.
  • Tracking customer tickets caused due to network events with IFF teams for resolution and also providing timely updates to internal teams like SOC on a regular basis.
  • Tracking the health and network uptime of our access and Metro CORE network.
  • Maintaining high-Quality DFR and 100% RFO compliance.

Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of MPLS TP Technology.
  • Very Good knowledge of Transmission technologies like SDH/DWDM/Ethernet.
  • Good knowledge of Infrastructure set-ups in Transmission POP’s.
  • Familiar with troubleshooting OSP/ISP and Infra Issues.
  • Hands-on SDH/DWDM equipment like Huawei DWDM 1600/ECI/Tejas/Adva/Cisco/Huawei SDH OSN7500.
  • Multiskilled in his approach and can handle a team of 3-4 people.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Graduate with 0-4 years of experience.
