Customer Service Associate –Voice/Email /Chat Job in Jaipur at Teleperformance

Profile & Responsibilities::

• Provide effective and professional customer service over email.
• Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and fluently in English, with no grammatical errors.
• Adhere to process guidelines and ensure quality and accuracy in every interaction.

Job Requirements:

• Shift Timing: 24x7 shift(9.5 hours).
• Working Days: 6-5 working days a week with rotational weekly offs.
• Transportation: During training there would be no cab facility, unless you’d be working during the odd hours (night shifts). Transport will only be availed in Hiring zones.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills with impeccable grammar (Both Verbal & Written).
• Experience: Fresher or experienced both can apply
• Qualification: Graduate/Undergrad
