Customer Service Associate – Internation Voice/Email /Chat/Non-Voice Job in Noida at Teleperformance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and professional customerservice over voice.
• Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level ofsatisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and fluently in English, with no grammatical errors.
• Adhere to process guidelines and ensure quality and accuracy in every interaction.

Job Requirements:

• Shift Timing: 24x7 shift (9.5 hours).
• Working Days: 5 working days a week with rotational weekly offs.
• Transportation: During training there would be no cab facility, however during training if there is any night shift the employees would be asked to come to the office when they can avail public transport at their time of arrival and departure. (example – 9 pm to 6 am)
• Post training once they hit the production floor, there would be one sided cab for odd hours shifts.
