Customer Service Associate Job in Delhi at Blue Star

Blue Star is hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Experience of Service delivery for cold room and cold storages
• Responsible for end to end completion of low side work(This includes Planning, coordinating with materials department , raise PR and ICO to factory) as per the contract
• Responsible to provide drawings to the customers and take necessary approvals
• Carry out Installation audits to comply to the Safety and Quality Standards
• Conduct timely training programme for the channel and associates for skill upgradation
• Release work orders, control installation costs within the budgeted value and ensure timely payments to vendors and collection of low side payments from the Customers.
• Support NAD team in timely site visits, estimation and post delivery installation process.
• Track , monitor and ensure closure of escalations
• Develop new associates to ensure timely installation and handing over of the sites

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Refrigeration with exposure to planning and installation of cold rooms.
• Project management skills - selection of units and the required installation accessories and knowledge of Heat load calculations
• Costing Skills, Resolution for technical trouble shooting
• Interpersonal and negotiation Skills
• Basic knowledge of Auto CAD
