Customer Service Associate Job in Gurgaon at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their travel-related inquiries for MakeMyTrip and Ixigo platforms.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Offer solutions for booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions as per company protocols.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in a voice-based customer service role, preferably in the travel domain, is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Availability: Able to commit to a 6-day working week.
