Reliance Retail is hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Greet every customer as they enter the store
- Attend every customer in the Sections, ensure maximum conversions & communication of offers at the store
- Ensure neat, clutter-free brand section maintenance at the store
- Ensure frequent replenishment of stocks and ensure VM standards are maintained along with necessary shelf talkers
Requirements:
- Intermediate
- 1 to 5 years of experience
- Good communication and networking skills
- Product understanding
- Understanding of Visual Merchandising of the brand sections
- Awareness of fast, medium and slow-moving merchandise
- Awareness of marketing campaigns
- Adherence to the SOPs of the store
