Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve and exceed sales target for category
• Enhance conversion ratios and average transaction values
• Counsel customers
• Deliver customer service customer service levels
• Update knowledge of product and department/services
• Ensure stocking of products and display with adherence is able to deliver high-quality customer service of the highest standards
• Cross-selling and up-selling
• Adhere to proper promotions etc.
• Interact accurately with JDC/HO teams so that the store team quantitative reports to management on customers, sales, stock, competition, skills
• Deliver sales and customer service of the highest standards
• Resolve stock management procedures Be vigilant without adversely affecting their grievances and complaints by effectively liaising with related standards
• Assist in stock staking
