Jar is hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle customer queries, providing chat, voice, and email support
- Conduct surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Troubleshoot problems and seeing them through to resolution
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Escalate users' unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Requirements:
- English and Hindi language proficiency (written and spoken)
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
