Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide Client services as well as support to the Financial Advisors
• Deal with HNIs & UHNIs and then execute their financial and nonfinancial investment transaction
• Learn advanced systems for investment reporting & tracking
• Understand client's needs and resolve their queries
• Coordinate with High Net Individuals (HNI) for their documentation and assist them to have their accounts activated
• Ensure Smooth onboarding and creation of clients in the system
• Share Portfolio Reports and various statements on a timely basis and on customer request
• Ensure smooth processing of Accounts and clarity in documentation, with an adequate record of updates and process flow
• Control Mechanism for all deferrals/ exceptions
• Seamless handling of the backend and operational requirements to keep the investment process hassle-free and paperless
• Adhere to the processes and provide inputs to improve it further
• Initiate client contact via phone/meetings as needed to support RMs
