Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make sure that your team is trained and accredited
• Delivering cost-saving measures within your team, controlling resources, and contributing to simplifying the bank
• Delivering plans and strategies based on what the customer and business thinks and feels
• Deliver all team activities by approved procedures and make sure that service level targets are achieved
• Reviewing key performance indicators for your team to identify trends and take timely action to address areas of improvement

Requirements:

• Financial services skills and experience
• Good people management skills
• An understanding of the industry and our customers
