American Express is hiring for the role of Customer Service Analyst T2!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interact with multiple clients internal and external.
• Consult and provide technical assistance to clients by providing accurate and timely resolutions regarding customer issues(misapplied payments, flexes, waivers, hierarchy maintenance, reinstatement, etc).
• Educate clients in relation to Corporate Card policies and procedures.
• Manage requests relating to card issuance, multiple forms of account maintenance, document preparation, guarantee of payment processes, and all servicing aspects for new or existing account setup.
• Communicate effectively, oral and written to identify and document necessary information.
• Responsible for successfully managing relationships between operations teams and Corporate Card Clients.

Requirements:

• Good Communication Skills both written and oral
• Graduate in any field
• Attention to Detail
• High level of customer sensitivity, integrity, commitment, and service orientation
• Amex Product knowledge is desirable
• High-result orientation
• Ability to make independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines
