Concentrix is hiring for the role of Customer Service Agent - Voice!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set targets
- Applying agreed behavioral and compliance standards
- Communicating new information that is relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers, and managers
- Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
- Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes
- Reviewing customer requests and expectations
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience working on an international campaign in a contact center environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English spoken and written language
- Capable to do voice calling
- Availability to do night work and work shifts in a 24/7 environment
