Altisource is hiring for the role of Customer Relationship Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Take the lead in guiding new clients through the onboarding process by providing a warm welcome, explaining products/services, and assisting them in understanding the platform and offerings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries via phone calls and emails, offering knowledgeable guidance to help them navigate offerings effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot client issues, working diligently to resolve them swiftly by collaborating with internal teams for accurate and prompt solutions.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
  • Offer insights and educational resources to help clients make informed decisions, sharing updates, new features, and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams by conveying valuable insights to improve products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with client inquiries and issues.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including accurate grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to read and respond to client emails following effective business email writing etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and a neutral accent.
  • Strong analytical and cognitive skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
